  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Place dumplings in the pan and fry until golden brown.
  9. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
  10. Uncover and fry until crispy.
