  • 1 cup cooked ground pork or chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup water (for dipping rice paper)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked meat, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Dip one rice paper sheet in water for 5 seconds to soften.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the rice paper.
  4. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly to seal.
