Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut broccoli into large florets.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
