Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and toss with cornstarch.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  6. Slice vegetables and set aside.
  7. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder for the sauce.
  8. Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, vegetables, and avocado.
  9. Drizzle with sauce and serve.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
  • Press tofu longer for crispier texture.
