- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
