- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker gravy)
- Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- If a thicker gravy is desired, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water and stir into the crockpot. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
