- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
