A simple and flavorful crockpot short ribs recipe that cooks slowly for tender, juicy meat.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place short ribs in the crockpot.
  2. Add onion and garlic.
  3. Mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ribs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. Remove ribs and skim fat from the sauce if desired.
  7. Serve hot.
