- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash spinach and kale thoroughly.
- Peel and chop cucumber and avocado.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
