A refreshing and healthy detox green soup packed with nutrients to cleanse your body.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach and kale thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop cucumber and avocado.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  5. Add blended mixture and vegetable broth to the pot.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
