- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste

- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
