  • 1 cup ground meat (pork or chicken)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water gradually, kneading until smooth.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine meat, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  8. Boil or steam dumplings until cooked through.

Notes

  • Adjust filling to your taste.
