- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup ground meat (pork or chicken)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add water gradually, kneading until smooth.
