  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, and salt to form a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  4. Roll the dough into small circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold and seal the edges of the dumplings.
  7. Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil for the dipping sauce.
  9. Serve dumplings warm with dipping sauce.

  • Use a rolling pin for even dough.
  • Adjust filling according to taste.
