- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- Mix flour, water, and salt to form a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Roll the dough into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the edges of the dumplings.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil for the dipping sauce.
- Serve dumplings warm with dipping sauce.
