A quick and easy meatloaf recipe made in the air fryer for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
