  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
  8. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
