A hearty and flavorful soup inspired by traditional cabbage rolls, made with ground beef, rice, and cabbage in a rich tomato broth.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
