- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- 4 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
