  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 croissants, torn into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and croissant pieces.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
