- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add onion, pickles, mustard, and ketchup to the skillet. Stir well.
