A simple and delicious orzo recipe that can be made quickly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add orzo and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
