Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of water or broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water or broth in a pot.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Add sliced green onions and mushrooms if using.
  5. If adding an egg, crack it into the soup and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
