  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground meat, vegetables, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
