Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and green onions; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and mix well.
  6. For wontons, cut wrappers into triangles and fry in hot oil until crispy.
  7. Serve egg roll mixture topped with crispy wontons.
