Instructions

  2. In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the almond mixture into the egg whites gently.

  7. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Let the macarons sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Let cool before filling with your choice of filling.
