  • 1 lb steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Add steak and potatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place an equal amount of the mixture on each.
  5. Fold the foil to create packets.
  6. Place the packets on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
  7. Remove from grill, allow to cool slightly, then carefully open packets.
