- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
