Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
