Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place the apple mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  5. Pour melted coconut oil into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Spread the oat mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
