- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
