Delicious gluten-free banana pancakes that are easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Add eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
