A delicious gluten-free cheese fondue perfect for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 200g Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 200g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 300ml dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Assorted dippers (gluten-free bread, vegetables)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine the white wine and minced garlic. Heat over medium until warm.
  2. Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring constantly until melted.
  3. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the cheese mixture. Stir until thickened.
  4. Season with black pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a fondue pot and serve with dippers.
