Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken strip in the beaten eggs.
  3. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
