- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
