Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
