Delicious gluten free dumplings that are easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup filling of choice (vegetables, meat, or tofu)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten free flour and salt.
  2. Add water and olive oil, and knead until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  4. Add filling to the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  6. Boil water in a pot and add dumplings.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float.
  8. Remove and serve with sauce.

Notes

  • Store leftover dumplings in the fridge.
  • Use any filling you like.
  • Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce.
