- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup filling of choice (vegetables, meat, or tofu)
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour and salt.
- Add water and olive oil, and knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Add filling to the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Boil water in a pot and add dumplings.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float.
- Remove and serve with sauce.
Notes
- Store leftover dumplings in the fridge.
- Use any filling you like.
- Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce.
