Ingredients

  • 9 gluten-free lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat the layering process with noodles, sauce, ricotta, and cheese.
  8. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
