Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruits (banana, berries)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine water or milk and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add gluten-free rolled oats and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  6. Top with fresh fruits and nuts or seeds if desired.

Notes
