Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.
