  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mash sweet potatoes with milk, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Spread the sweet potato mixture in a baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix pecans, oats, and maple syrup.
