- 500g boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
