- 1/2 cup chopped green onions

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Fill each circle with a spoonful of the pork mixture.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
