  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with the mixture.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. For the tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Serve chicken with tzatziki sauce on the side.
