A creamy and delicious Greek yogurt cheesecake with a light texture and tangy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Pour filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
