- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
