- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla.
- Blend the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
