Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Heat the fruit juice in a saucepan until warm.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the juice and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add honey or sweetener and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and add mixed berries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.
