- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups white beans, soaked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the ham and thyme.
- Add soaked beans and chicken broth.
