Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving.
