- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
