Delicious high protein desserts made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 15-18 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool before serving.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
