  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef slices, cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
