Delicious and nutritious high protein chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Form cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
