- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Form cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
