Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in hoisin sauce and beef broth, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
